It would be great if there was a feature to set a primary payment account as default (or have the option to), so when uploading receipts, it automatically selects that one as the payment account. I'm curious how others are managing receipts for payments? I get monthly payments for a service retainer and a majority of them are the same amount. On the first of each month a recurring invoice goes out to multiple clients for the same amount. Clients pay at different times and it takes various times to process and reach my account. When I upload a receipt and go in to edit it, why isn't the gst automatically calculated? I have indicated that it includes gst, however seem to have to manually input the amount of tax that is included in the total amount of receipt. I would love it if OCR would recognize TAX fields too and fill in the correct TAX for me. Receipts were of high quality and images are quite legible, easy to read and make out. Few however were able to be transcribed automatically but majofity of the receipts are stuck in the processing phase for past two days now. Can you please recommend what we can do here?

When I verify a receipt, it posts it to accounting, however there is nearly always another transaction there that has automatically imported from my bank account, is there any way to merge these? Why can't you select multiple transactions in Wave and add sales tax (HST) to multiple records. This would save hours of work each week. I have a receipt for business equipment that should be categorized as an asset. It appears Wave only allows me to categorize a purchase as an expense!? On the old interface I could drill into a bank transaction and see the linked receipt but can no longer do this now. The receipts functionality is severely limited without this option and makes auditing a nightmare at the moment. I don't see a link between transactions and receipts except that it shows that it is imported in a perpendicular date. Is it planned to be developed ? The developers of Wave Receipts have limited the app, either by design or error, to expenses only, however not all receipts received are expenditure.
