Whenever I try to sign in or navigate through my tabs, Wave makes me verify with captcha because it thinks I'm a bot. I must have done it 35 times now. Extremely irritating!! Anyone have any idea how I can convince it once and for all that i am human?

Hi guys I need some help. My .Csv file does not import all of the transactions. For example, everything that comes after Row A7 on the excel template does not show up. A8 - A128 does not appear!!! What is the problem ???

Hi I hope anyone can help me. When I set up my business account I set up NZD. When my bank account downloaded it downloaded in USD. So when I try to reconcile my accounts it wont balance. I using Korean language; double byte character. When I export report to pdf format, all of the character were disappeared; just remained as blank. But as did to csv format, there is not any problem. How can I fix it?

hello, i have been using this app for more then a year now and its been very useful till now. but from a month its not working properly ever action i take from making and invoice to set up reminders and from adding customers to adding expense. mostly its operational but at the top of page its always showing ( sorry there was a error on the server)…

Hi, All of sudden since this morning my march month is showing a different figure (lower) for the overall income generated. Even though I have checked the invoices generated, the total is off by 100k when I see in dashboard figure. Any assistance would be great please.

Hi, When I add a footer to my invoice, the pagination sentence at the bottom of each page sits on top of it. The result is that you can't really read either. Please can you help me understand how to fix this? Thanks

Hi, It does not matter how many different types of files, browsers, computers have tired, the file will not upload. When I create a backdated invoice and record a payment, the payment date goes wrong by one day e.g., if I record payment on 2nd April, the final invoice shows 1st April as date of payment.

Hi, There is a problem with your layout when Previewing Invoice and Recurring Invoice. Hope it can be fixed asap? Thanks. What I noticed is that my default sub heading is too long, hence this issue occurs. I have the same sub heading in estimate but it's fine.
