  • When someone pays by credit/debit card via wave built in payment method the transaction pops up under accounting with a wave fee also. Then a few days later a strip payment gets imported as it comes into bank and I just delete them from transactions accounting page. Is this a good method?

  • My Waves dash board has done something funny and is coming up with a sign that says " sorry there was an error with the server, please try again later". I am still able to connect to my bank and get the latest data, but then when I go to transactions, the page is completely disformed and i am unable to allocate payments.

  • Hi All, I’ve got an issue I didn’t have last year. My rent expenses are not showing up in the income statement, accounting part. They only start showing from September. If I go into transactions they show there from April. All have been verified & I’ve even tried reuploading my statement too. :(

  • The customer inv was paid viewing the payment transaction shows the amount was paid to the correct invoice, but the payment does not reflect on the account as paid

  • Hi, I have two payments that are from two different banks made last monday, 6 days ago that are not showing up in our bank account.   • Hi, I have previously complained about my app that lost all my info. This was on my phone and ,  my tablet had very well kept on working.     Enter O'Toole in the vendor name for a bill and get OToole In transaction reporting . Seems to happen because the ' is part of a link to the actual bill. Note: there is no problem if the ' is part of an invoice.
