I searched Google and on this site and it seems like Wave is missing the most basic report that show expenses by categories. I use this report every month to monitor expenses. I am aware WAVE will no longer be supporting some countries like Australia and are encouraging us to move across to ZOHO. But if we are not using Payroll, can we continue to use WAVE for accounting?

I keep getting a notification that in order to archive a business, I need to disconnect payments. But when I go to payments, it simply gives me an option to turn off credit card payments, which I do, but then it still gives me a notice. Help!!

The prior Wave alliteration allowed me to create new categories, as needed. I run a small farm, and categories, such as Veterinary, Tractor repair, etc so not exist and I can no longer add it. This makes it very hard to actually categorize my expenses correctly.

I just uploaded my customer list from Google Sheets so I can start making invoices. However, my customers are people, not companies. Yet Wave forces you to make 2 lines - for the company and a contact - on the invoices. This looks ridiculous because it lists the person's name twice. Is there a workaround? Currently when a recurring invoice is initiated you have to manually go in and add them. This should be automatic in the settings. I have several invoices that go out at the same time and I have to go through each one individually and add them.
