I started the new year with all customer accounts paid in full and no overdue invoices. I logged in a few days ago, only to discover that all of my invoices (except for those paid thru the Wave payments portal) are showing up as overdue/unpaid. I have transfers from Etsy, Stripe, and Ebay in "Cash On Hand," but I am not sure how to categories those transactions. They are the sales minus the selling fees from the respective venues. They are default categorized as uncategorized income. I would appreciate suggestions. I am a CPA and have a client looking to use Wave. Does Wave have the option that I can add clients to my login? QuickBooks Online does this where I can see all of my clients on one list. Does Wave offer that option? Or do I need separate logins for each of them?

I would love if it was possible to have deeper functionality for estimates. Currently there is no way to update a status myself. Even if the estimates status's have a drop down on each to update them. I noticed a few other posts on this board but didn't see any resolution from anyone or from Wave. This is simple: Sales tax percentage is not being calculated correctly, not even close. For example: We have an item that's $15. Sales tax is 6.85%. That should be $1.03 for tax. But Wave is calculating it as $0.64. The biggest thing keeping me from converting to Wave for invoicing and payment processing is the inability to allow the customer to add a tip to their invoice. Paypal offers this feature and it is AMAZING for people who invoice for hourly work or services. Sending Paid Receipts from the desktop is easy using the dropdown to choose the from account we want to use, but on mobile platform, there is no way to choose from one of our alt emails only the primary shows with no selection choices. Anyone else have this issue?
