I have successfully imported transactions from one bank account however from my second bank account initially only the balance was being imported and no historic transactions. When I retried again no transactions but balance was showing. Any ideas ?

I updated my bank feed this morning for Chase and all except three transactions came through into my Transactions tab. Has anyone else experienced this? I tried to verify my bank but was unable. I logged in correctly halfway via Wave but was waiting on the code from a text or call for 2-step authentication from my bank. I never received it. I was able to login in and out of my bank account on their website with 2-step authentication, but unable to with Wave.
