  • Hi, Is there a way to apply check information that's downloaded from our bank to open bills? Meaning, I create a bill for $32.00, then a check clears for the $32.00. If I process it as a check payment first, I wind up with two entries for the $32 payment. Thanks in advance for your help.

  • When I choose "Bank Connections" from the "Banking" drop down menu, I get a completely blank page, except for the menu on the left side of the screen. I've used two browsers, but cannot get to a page with bank names/options. Should also mention I cleared my history/cache for both browsers.

  • Santander UK does not download their bank statements in any of the file formats that are compatible for uploading. I've been trying to save an xls file to a csv file. But keep getting error messages. Does anyone have an example csv file to work by? 6 hours now, still to no avail. its driving me crazy. please help. thanks

  • Hi, Wave has occasionally had issues connecting to my bank account (TD Canada Trust) but usually I hit the Update now link and it reconnects. It has been several days now that I've been unable to connect my bank account. Been using wave for 2 years with TD Bank and this is the first time this has happened. Does anyone have some insight on this?

  • I have tried multiple banks multiple times and I only get the spinning moon. I am just trying this for the first time and am giving up and going back to Quicken. Bummer that this doesn't work. They need to charge money and staff a help desk and fix this thing.

  • After adding my banks, only the checking and savings accounts show in Wave. The loan/credit accounts do not. Any automatic workaround? Or even a manual one?

  • Does someone know when Wave will add more banks to the list? For me it is strange that it has Hang Seng Bank Home (particulars) and doesn't have Hang Seng Bank Business as Wave is a tool for professionals and for invoicing, paying, etc... I also miss Paysera Bank... Many thanks.

  • Hi. I linked my Paypal account with Wave. I began my data transfer date as Jan 1 2017. It only transferred the month of December. I obviously need to get my financial data for the entire year transferred into Wave. Otherwise kinda pointless lol. What do I need to do to correct this ?

  • In particular this relates to PayPal - it seems that the connection is one-time only when importing transactions and I get asked to create a new account each time. I now have four for the same PP account. Can I delete them without losing the transactions? Most get re-categorised anyway when I reconcile.

  • I am having trouble with my upload: I go to upload statement, select the csv file and the account. it up;loads and i see a sample of it with the date column selected then i press confirm data. once i press that it just returns to the file upload screen. anyone had this issue? Cheers, Aaron

  • I had a checking account and credit card account with BOA. I deleted the checking account (because I opened a new account with a different bank). Now I can't connect to my BOA credit card account. It says I deleted my account. But it was only the checking account I deleted. How can I get my credit card account back.
