Hi, I am trying to export my data for backup purposes. Export went OK for one company, but when I swap to Personal account and press settings, I get a page with error 403 and a wipe out message saying I don't have permission to that page. Anyway to fix that? Thanks

When i send an estimate or invoice it gets delivered from another account even though i'm signed into one. Example: signed into wave acct bob@mail.com, email received by client from Sarah@gmail.com. PLEASE HELP

I just deleted 8 transactions accidentally. Now when I try to add them back in either by importing a file or as a journey entry, Wave won't let me.

I either don't see an option or am overlooking the way to get rid off the decimal place on invoices for currencies which don't have fractional monetary units (VND for example). Is this currently possible? Any help/insight would be appreciated. Thanks

I was able to integrate with PayPal and import my transactions into a new bank account. But it seemed like a one time import. I don't see any way to do another sync without importing the transactions into a new bank account. Is this just a very limited integration and I should do the CSV export from PayPal and then import into Wave. Or am I missi…

Our mastercard and bank accounts are not verifying and balancing properly anymore. Transactions that were verified from previous statement show up not verified next month. We also had issues with duplicate transactions.

The csv I download from my bank has purchases with a negative sign and deposits without a sign. In Wave my purchases (negative sign) get uploaded as deposits; and my deposits (no sign) get uploaded as Withdrawals. I presume this is because the negative is being read as "reducing" the balance on the account; and vice versa. I don't see an…

Is anyone else having trouble accessing the reconciliation section? I haven't been able to get in since yesterday. It just buffers on both my computers, using different browsers, and also on my main business owner's computer which is miles away so it isn't my internet speed.
