Hello, I started a Wave account through my RBC account and am trying to log in to the Receipts and Invoice apps. It will not let me and states my email has already been used for an account. How can I link everything up. I can log in through the RBC website, but as most of my stuff involves being mobile, this really doesn't help me. Thanks Mike

Hi there. In my profit & loss statement I have a lot of uncategorised expenses, but in fact I categorise each one on the app as I go. What have I done wrong? Is it to do with connecting and disconnecting my bank account?

Had issues logging my collaborator on to bank. When we did get her logged on it downloaded transactions to personal instead of the business account. All of the transaction categories we had created are gone and I can't see any transactions past July 11, 2018. How do we fix this?

Hi, I just started my wave and enjoying it. I used mail receipts option which work fine for first two receipts but than other mailed receipts yet not showing under receipt options. Usually when a customer pays me, the money comes out of their account immediately. This time, it has been four days and the money is still in their account and I still have not been paid. They had received a confirmation that it was paid though

Hi, I'm not sure if I did it correct but I've few invoices with date of 1/October and they don't show up on dashboard as "Invoices payable to you" in any period but if I change the invoice date for yesterday they works fine. Is this correct or it's a problem?

Why I cannot access my accounting software from my office, I can access it from home, but all my work is done in office, my office work is down for last two days, I think I will have to switch back to old account software from wave, too much problem with the net and unnecessary access restrictions.... relay damaging my business a lot....
